Against published benchmarks. Samples of real companies, not the whole market — use them as orientation.

Both levers

The same +20% step on each. What it adds to MRR in 12 months, and where you'd level off after.

The next 12 months

If last month repeats — as is, and with the lever marked above.

Cash

How many months you have, and when MRR covers your costs — if nothing changes.

Type both to see your months. Uses the “as is” line above and flat costs.

How it's calculated · sources
revenue per customer = MRR ÷ customers
monthly churn = cancelled ÷ (customers − new + cancelled)
monthly growth = (MRR ÷ MRR 3 months ago)^(1/3) − 1
next month's customers = customers × (1 − churn) + new
levels off at = new per month ÷ churn × revenue per customer
levers: churn −20% · new customers +20% (a 20% higher price for new customers adds exactly the same)

Last month is assumed to repeat: no upgrades or downgrades, no seasonality. Use it to compare levers, not to promise a number.
